October Sunnydale HOPE SF Project Update!

Hey Residents & Neighbors!

Here are the updates at Sunnydale this month:

- Demolition of the vacant buildings at Sunnydale Ave & Hahn St will begin early November. Before then, you will see our contractor preparing the work to ensure there is no impact to those nearby.

- The second affordable residential building at 290 Malosi is almost complete! Contact us to learn more about moving into a brand new affordable apartment.

- Additional affordable housing developments and open spaces are being designed! Please visit our website to learn how you can contribute.

- We’re hiring for construction and non-construction jobs! Contact us to learn about these opportunities.
