We are excited to share that Rec Park staff will be presenting the concept design for the Herz Playground Renovation and the concept design, grant acceptance and donor recognition plan for the Herz Playground Recreation Center to the Recreation and Park Commission for approval in March!
There are three ways you can get involved to help make sure that these projects move forward!
You can email your feedback to recpark.commission@sfgov.org. (Best to email before Friday, February 26th)
You can call into the Capital Committee meeting on March 3, 2021 at 2:00 pm to speak and give public comment. The phone number and meeting agenda will be posted on our website closer to the meeting date.
You can be listed on the staff report submitted to the Rec Park Commission as “supports” or “opposes.” Please e-mail Alexis.Ward@sfgov.org by Tuesday, February 23rd by 5pm, if you would like to be listed and reference 1) playground 2) recreation center 3) grant acceptance & donor recognition.
The Capital Committee meeting is Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at 2:00 pm (Full Commission will follow on March 18, 2021 at 10:00 am).
